Mission Trips
Working with an organization called Better Together Mexico, I have already gone on 2 short term mission trips. My first was to a Tahumara village called Siquirichi. There, we built a church, provided medical care and fed many! We go to share the love of Christ, to share His message and to help the poor and forgotten in Mexico. Please check out the website, www.bettertogethermexico.org, and consider donating to this amazing organization. Your donation will directly change the lives of people. I have seen it first hand, and I look forward to going on more mission trips.
Siquirichi Pictures to come!
My second trip, to Madera, was to start work on a home for the elderly- we started the foundation for an addition that will be built in July. You will see a picture of the courthouse and prison. We actually visited the prison (I went on the last night), and had three men give their lives to Christ. We gave them bibles, prayed with them, brought them food, and reached out to them. It was an amazing experience. Please pray for this city, the mission work we are doing there and for the prisoners who are reforming their lives.
